Preventative maintenance focuses on inspecting the unit, servicing filtration equipment, identifying developing issues, and returning components to service according to customer requirements. Capabilities include unit inspection, carbon and sock filter service, hardware preparation, connection reassembly, and controlled site cleanup.

COMPREHENSIVE DEHY CLEANOUT
When contamination and deposits extend beyond the filters, Knockout can perform a more comprehensive system cleanout across major process equipment throughout the glycol dehydration package, based on unit condition and the approved service scope.

A comprehensive cleanout can address the major process equipment throughout the glycol dehydration package—supporting exchanger, tower, piping, regeneration, filtration, and glycol system restoration as required by the approved scope.

After cleaning, components are restored, connections are reassembled and torqued to customer requirements, and the triethylene glycol (TEG) system can be refilled and supported through restart according to the approved site procedure.
