Orientation, task-specific training, hands-on mentoring, qualification where required, field verification, and ongoing coaching support employees who can safely perform the assigned work.

03 — OPERATIONAL RISK MANAGEMENT

Depending on the scope, operating environment, and customer requirements, controls are built around the actual task—not a generic assumption about the work.

Driver expectations, vehicle inspections, equipment maintenance, proactive coaching, and travel awareness help protect employees, customers, other road users, and company equipment.
